I had a horrible experience at Archer dentistry thanks to the very very rude receptionist Maria. I was texted two minutes before my appt about my insurance while I was pulling in. Once I came in she had a horrible attitude that I didn’t text her while I was driving. I had completed my registration paperwork a week prior so if my insurance was missing there was plenty of time to reach out to retrieve this. This is my first time being here and I am so glad I found this place they were efficient and cleann!!! My appointment was for 1230 I was out by 1…I will recommend them to everyone I know
My first time going to Archer and it was a great experience. I would recommend other people.
This was my first time going to get an extraction done. Was asking the assistant questions (at least 50) and she explained them very well and was super patient with me. you don’t find that a lot in the healthcare field. The doctor that did my extraction was very patient with me as well. He allowed me to take a break to calm down so we can finish and it was literally no rush like other places would do.
