I really like Dr Pouriya and his assistant Honey, but the receptionists (in my case Amanda and Allie) absolutely don't care. They coerced me into teeth cleaning not covered by my insurance, without disclosing I have to pay $185.40 extra (and I asked about that specifically). I am disabled with no other income except ODSP.
Had a wonderful experience at Archer Dental Little Italy. Amanda at the front was extremely pleasant and welcoming, I was greeted by name and attention to detail was on point. They were punctual and I did not have to wait at all. Dr. Pouriya and the hygienist Pascal both took their time to explain what they were doing every step of the way, as well as showed me what they were doing using cameras. I had already acknowledged the great knowledge, experience and performance of my dentist Dr P at Archer dentistry, little Italy, Toronto. He has been my dentist in the last 10 yrs, both in Iran and Canada. Today, I realized that this location is a precious collection of other great professionals.
