I cannot recommend Archer Computer Services enough! I had an issue staring my PC and Clay was able to diagnose and fix the motherboard issue. The process was timely and extremely affordable. I am extremely satisfied and happy to have my PC back and working!
My Samsung laptop is second-hand and getting up in years. It finally went into what seemed like a computer coma and wouldn’t even turn on. I called Archer at 9am Saturday morning, dropped it off at 9:30, and it was ready at noon on Sunday. It’s running like it’s fresh out of the box. Great price. Great service. Can’t recommend strongly enough.
My computer and iPad screens were shattered and needed help so I called Archer! The pricing is fair (better than going to Apple since he finds quality second hand screens if that’s what you prefer.) He is honest, reliable, and has great communication. After getting Archer’s help, I now have screens which are good as new. He also was able to reset my password without losing any data which was a relief. I highly recommend reaching out to Archer for any technology help needs.
