Poorly managed by the Stepping Stone group (see their reviews on Google) Very unprofessional and retaliatory staff, owners don’t attend to the building even if issues are safety violations. The dumpster is inside the building in close proximity to the door so the entire place reeks of garbage in the summertime. Beautiful location and quiet neighborhood, but the staff and owners are truly some of the worst people I have dealt with.
False advertising
Apartment square footage listed online was clearly not the correct square footage after seeing apartment in person. Very misleading, and the floor plan screenshot even indicated it was a smaller square footage.
