Terrible experience with Archcare community life. They are extremely delayed at responding to messages and requests and lose messages constantly. A family member is bedridden and has immediate medical needs and they are extremely inept and unable to respond to requests in any form of normal time frame (it's been over 2 weeks of daily waits on hold with them). Would love to switch providers. Figuring out how they were chosen and how to do that now
