Not enough nurses and they got billing personal problems. They can’t make it to work. They want you to do their job and they don’t listen to what your doctor tells them to do unprofessional.

Archcare Physical Therapy Valhalla,N.Y. Location. Waiting months for Insurance Company to Locate a Physical Therapy Agency within Network, than an additional Fourteen weeks for Archcare to accept Insurance Companies Proposal, an in home Evaluation was performed. Do NOT trust them to care for your loved ones. They’re extremely unresponsive, set appointments and don’t show up. Management is just as useless.

If you want the VERY BEST for your loved one STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! STAFF members use PROFANITY at the PAITENTS!!! This place is like a PRISON!!! EXPLAIN to ME if the PAITENTS can't leave and no one from the outside can't come in WHERE are the PEOPLE on the inside getting their hands on STUFF the ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!
