Arch Care has come to our home on two different occasions. I was very pleased with their professionalism and concern for my husband. I would highly recommend this agency if you live in my area.
Such an amazing nurse
Archcare at home does not even deserve the one star rating I only rated the one star so that I could put this review for the public to see. They first lied about my loved one not seeing his doctor in 2 years and when I proved that was a lie they refuse to work with the social worker and just refused to take the case. We have never had any interactions with this company. Such a ghetto mentality. Thank you for not taking our case because your workers are probably just as bad. You need your license taken away.
Not enough nurses and they got billing personal problems. They can’t make it to work. They want you to do their job and they don’t listen to what your doctor tells them to do unprofessional.
