My husband needed their services a few years ago for IV antibiotics for a life-threatening infection. The administrative part of dealing with Arch Care was nightmarish! So rushed in the initial instructions over the phone, and the administrator raced on with her script even when I repeatedly asked her to slow down, that I thought it was a robo-call.
