This is a wonderful facility with excellent caring staff and updated accommodations. When you can't care for your family member at home, this is where you want them to be. My mom was a resident here in the late stages of Alzheimer's disease. The staff took great care of her. The empathy of the staff made it easier on my mother and our family. I appreciate all their efforts.
I met a friend the other day whose mom was in Carmel and she raved about the care. It made me think about the great care my mom received in her final days from the staff at Carmel in 2020.

The management team has been helpful, responsive, and caring throughout the process. The nursing staff and aides have treated my mom with kindness, respect and compassion, and they have been attentive to her needs. It's reassuring to know she is in such good hands. We are grateful for the care and support she is receiving.
I have visited my aunt several times and have always been impressed with the care and attentiveness of the administrative and professional staff.
