RecommendedExcellent physical therapy horrible food rude security guard at front door but the staff cared for my spiritual and physical needs. Definitely if you do need physical therapy wound care and health care they are simply the best and the residents and volunteers and staff members as well as the sisters are truly angels and a blessing
My father was a resident at the facility from June through August. During his stay we were limited to 10 minute window visits which we understood due to the current circumstances. What I don’t understand is how after 2 months being there they sent him home with absolutely none of his belongings. He came home in someone else’s clothes - a shirt 2 sizes too small and pants 3 sizes too big...and no shoes! I was told he had no belongings there which is an outright lie. I have been trying to contact my mom's social worker for a week. Left messages, no call back.
They are hiding the number of covid cases and deaths to the public. they are down playing residents staus. they never answer the phone and always have attitudes. stay away and if your live ones are there fight for information fight to facetime, fight to be there at the end because they are lying to you
Horrible resident CNA ratio. Food is terrible. Does the Dietician know he or she is planning meals for elderly people? Not a good idea to serve chicken on a bone or baked potato’s for example when there isn’t enough staff to help residents cut up the chicken or open up the potatoe. Just a thought
Very nice place, beautiful scenery, atmosphere and caring staff.
I do not recommend this place as they hire anti police employees who wish death on cops.
Our 90 year old father (who is Veteran And federal government retiree), was admitted to Carmel Richmond after spending a week in the hospital (two of those days were spent in the ER waiting for a bed) after a mild heart attack. He was admitted to regain his strength with physical therapy. Initially He had moments of combativeness while his medication was being adjusted. But, was easily managed by most of the staff.
