I was told my review for Mary Manning Rehab was not being shown. I am not sure why Google wants to keep good reviews away! I want to thank the Archcare as a whole for the wonderful experience my very close friend had during a terrible time in her life. We are not Catholics but the care and compassion given toward us was amazing. Want to give the Administrator Michael a shout out for always being available and attentive. My review for Mary Manning was a 5 star. I was told they were under the ArchCare umbrella and I am impressed with the care and dedication given to the community. Continue to do God’s work.
This is easily the worst organization I’ve ever seen. No accountability and frankly, the nurses/employees seem to be lacking the most basic level of intelligence. My mother has been waiting for service for weeks, which they have claimed they have provided yet no one has actually gone to the house to see her. They even said they didn’t have the right phone number but have confirmed the number with me 5 separate times. Make no mistake, these people are bonafide clowns and I’m absolutely disgusted.
