Worst company. I remember doing my HHA certificate, and the coordinators were assigned me to cases, one has roaches, and mice’s crawling around so I had it to leave. I give this a one star ⭐️ very unorganized and vert unprofessional at the same time. This is the worst agency there people don’t know what they are doing no schooling. I loss my mother 3 years ago she had dementia the aid she had no idea what it meant she didn’t know how to deal with my mother my mother got worse I told them I needed 24 hour care every time I called for something they gave me the runaround. I would never recommend them if you’re looking for a hawk please don’t call these people they do nothing for you.
Worst company ever I got my certificate from them everything was going fine untill I went to a case lady had a rat as her met running in the house I called them I told them I was not staying there so I left they determined me cause of that I really didn’t care cause I was not going take that case with a rat 🐀 then the pandemic came so I was not working when i tired to go back to Work my certificate expired I called them to renovated they said they was going call me back never did I had to get renovated by another angency li... read more
