If you are looking for a company that actually cares about its customers then I strongly suggest Archbold Equipment. Their knowledgeable staff and great service programs are defiantly paving the future of equipment companies. I would highly recommend the bulk oil program that they offer as well as their winter specials. They are overall a wonderful company to deal and work with!

Didn't do so well in Sherwood on my Case IH 245 with starting problem. They told me that I was not heating the glow plugs long enough and charged me for service. I think the problem is in the fuel delivery, but they don't seem to want to work on that. I have to crank the engine 3 or 4 times before it can deliver enough fuel to start no matter how long the glow plugs heat.
