Not only is Dr. Reddy an excellent, capable clinician, she is empathetic kind.
I really like Dr. Reddy as well as the staff. My only complaint is their scheduling. My appt. was at 9:00 and I was not called back until 9:25. Hard to believe they could get that far behind by 9:00. Very frustrating....my time is important and this is the norm, not just a one time occurrence.
I'm not sure if I caught Dr. Reddy on a bad day or what, but she wasn't very kind or gentle with me. I won't return to her, but everyone else in the building was very nice.
Dr. Reddy is very professional very engaging very smart. She gives me and my wife great comfort because of her experience and expertise. She’s widely regarded as one of the best around. Her staff is very professional and very engaging as well.
