I enjoy being listened to, and the assistance with understanding the insurance quagmire is amazing. Archana actually listens to me and even commented 'You seem to know your own body very well." We are working on some things that I hope she doesn't feel I am being obstinate about, but overall it is great.
I felt like they were waiting for me to say the magic word so they could treat me like a suicide person and they couldn' call the police and they would be of the hook if I did anything to hurt myself not to answer the question I had! I went in therē with high hopes and they crushed them before they had a chance to reassure me that I would be okay!
I have had Oak Street Health since they opened up and I’ve had Archana and she has to be the best doctor I have ever had. She understand she listens and she’s very very good thanks, Archana.
