Dr Shende is amazing, but her customer service crew is the worst I’ve had to deal with in my entire life. I had an ultrasound to check on my thyroid. I called the office 3 weeks after the ultrasound because they never reached out to let me know the results. Connie told me that Doctor Shende left a note for them to call me and let me know that my ultrasound showed some suspicious nodules and that she referred me to a specialist, but they never called to let me know.
