Dr Shende is amazing, but her customer service crew is the worst I’ve had to deal with in my entire life. I had an ultrasound to check on my thyroid. I called the office 3 weeks after the ultrasound because they never reached out to let me know the results. Connie told me that Doctor Shende left a note for them to call me and let me know that my ultrasound showed some suspicious nodules and that she referred me to a specialist, but they never called to let me know. Dr Shende was very professional, personable and showed she really cares! The ladies in the office were all super nice and very attentive. Thank you for making me feel safe and comfortable.
