Proficient but not warm or empathetic at all. Told me I need injections for osteo-but didn't talk about any of the options or tradeoffs or what this would do for me. No explanation-just the prescription. I asked what else I could do, and she said nothing. No mention of exercises, nutrition etc. This doctor will treat you. But there is no going above and beyond. There is no warmth unfortunately. In healthcare, we need more doctors who actually care. And that extends beyond just writing a script.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Bindra. After a 15-minute appointment that cost $400, I left with no answers and more anxiety than I started with. She was cold and made alarmist comments about my labs without explaining them or offering a plan. I’ve since consulted a much better endocrinologist who provided the clarity she couldn’t. Don’t waste your time or money here!

We came here for thyroid biopsy according to the receptionist. We came, Dr. Bindra said they don't do it here (wow, I wonder who to blame here?). In and out within 10 minutes, and I still got charged $500 for 5 minutes with her. $500 for nothing.

Not helpful at all, didn’t address any of my concerns. In fact she barely spoke to me and finished with: „so what do you want me to do”.
