They tried to perform treatment on my husband that we didn't agree to. Was there for a crown and they tried to do a different procedure on a different tooth. When we started asking questions, staff was rude and defensive, because they knew they messed up. Wholly unprofessional.
Cracked my tooth, then told me he could pull it or have a $900 root canal done from an endo dentist. Then charged me $400 plus interest for his mistake. I'm not letting this go. My mouth was bruised for a week where they tugged and pulled on my face for 45 minutes trying
