Very unprofessional. All they care about is the money. They are not good at fixing anything. The fridge was broken for over a month before they replaced it. Elevators are always broken. I feel bad for the elderly people. No one answers the phones; they keep the office door closed. Rude as ever, mold in the apartments. They keep saying they are going to get someone to clean or remove the mold. It's been three months, and the problem hasn't been resolved. My apartment is awesome the outside is a lil worn down a lot of residents dnt have respect but fantasia is an awesome manager
If I could give 0 stars I would Fantasia the manager is highly inconsistent. She never answers the phone and will tell you one thing, only to do something completely different later. I wouldn’t even waste my time here. Me personally I wouldn’t want to live somewhere a manger is unprofessional and uncompromising the biggest red flags
They are a Shitty place to live in and never answer their phone They don’t care about their residence either all they care about is making sure they get their money on time elevators always broken. They don’t fix it. Garbage everywhere. The hallway is always smelling outside. The dogs literally just shit in a pile of where the grass grows. They don’t clean it up. It’s so disgusting.
