Take a drive-by the back of the building on Lake Avenue nothing but riddled with trash. I viewed one of these apartments the tenants are grossly disrespectful. I will Never forget the smell and the sounds of people shouting, trash bags sitting in front of tenets doors. So sad
This place is a joke do not rent here! Office staff will get back to you when they feel like it. Nothing is important to them office is never open the building needs professional help and serious attention on the maintenance itself, they need to update the hallways, basement water damage you can smell the sec you walk in the floors hv black mold, people smoking weed in the hallways arguing and screaming at children in the units. Very poorly maintained!
If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Highly unrecommended. Do not even waste your time. They don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to emails. Garbage all in the hallways, hallways smell like pee, elevator always broke down, basically a shelter for the homeless in the hallways. Steer far away if you run across these apartments! Very unprofessional as well, management was very open with tenants personal information including evictions, should have been the first red flag. I have never seen a more run down, unsafe, and filthy apartment building in my entire life in either Racine or Kenosha. Vagrants wander in and out and trash the halls. No maintenance and no security. I feel so horrible for the poor people who live in there.
