Very nice the beautiful young lady that owns it is nice and polite and very nice looking.
I used to love Archview Stables prior to their fire in the 80's. I even showed my horse for the first time there. We had many horse meetings in their concession stand area. I recently visited there as a guest at a party. I was heartbroken to see it's condition. All the stadium seating is gone, the concession area that used to have a beautiful big fireplace is just full of junk, the restroom is closed (you have to use the owners bathroom in their home).
