Horrible,shady will say anything to sell you on there product and service but do absolutely nothing for you when they sell a 4 day old defective product and then tell to go to BEST BUY to see if they can fix it .I hope that this is not the norm in all their stores but it is at the store on Cortez and 75th in Bradenton.

Worked at this company for 9 months. EXTREMELY SHADY practices. Hiring bonuses and incentives were switched around and had conveniently placed deadlines so Archtelecom could avoid paying commissions and bonuses to employees. I Can’t even call their office to get my W2’s sent to the correct address because nobody in Human Resources ever picks up the phone (over 30 calls placed over 6 months) The customer service line when you call the company phone number just says to email the company.
