Went to Arch Street today and had the best service I've ever had. Talked with Bret and got the truck started on as soon as they walked in even before they opened and it didn't take long to do. Very professional and they all know their stuff. Hank and Cotey were very helpful in some ideas and it was a blast talking with yall to kill the time. I will send business your way. When they was a small store they had more respect for people and their items they may put in for pawn now their all about low balling u on your merchandise example I took a ring to them that they offered me $100&no more took same ring to braswell&son and got offered $250 what's wrong with this picture everyone needs to check around before you pawn anything u want back or getting the most for your merchandise that's all I'm saying don't settle for less.

Went in yesterday for the first time and what a shock. The customer service was excellent and Hank was AWSOME!!!! He helped me pick out wheels for my Jeep and even came out with some LED lights for the front. I have found the only place I will do any of my JK accessorizing at.
These guys have top notch service, and they're customer service is uncanny! Super fast and really bent over backwards to get my stanks put on. It was a 1 1/2 day turnaround and really helped me out. Not to mention, Hank set me up with some really dirty stankies. Here's to you guys, -Dirty D
