As someone who works in the rooftop solar industry across the county, I can recommend Arch and their Madison team with confidence as a truly excellent team. Stanley, in particular, was a pleasure to work with. The system installed on our home has been working pretty much flawlessly for a handful of years now. Nice to know they've got a service department if there's any needs in the future and happy that they employ well trained tradespeople from our state!
The first time the representative tried to get me to sign a service contract for something I didn't want with an existing solar structure, didn't provide information for what I DID ask about. The second time he told me it'd cost me for them to send out a full crew to assess what I already have to give me an estimate for adding onto the existing system if I didn't send them an engineer's drawing of what's already there.
