Lisa Marie is incredible! I’ve had my naturally dark hair highlighted or done balayage for many years now all over the US including in Seattle, LA, and Baltimore. Her attention to detail, focus, and commitment to providing a good end result is truly unparalleled. I had a bad experience at another salon that left me with thick, blotchy, and unblended highlights that I was forced to put a temporary brown tint over in order to hide because it looked borderline unprofessional. This was my first experience with Arch in North Loop and I will definitely be back. Clara is an absolute gem! I am always so happy with how my blonde turns out & she gives the BEST blowouts. This location feels incredibly chic.

I very much enjoyed my deep tissue massage and foot/face masks last week. I was serviced by Nikki and she did a phenomenal job! She was inviting, kind, and sweet while maintaining a professional attitude. The facility is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Checking in with no front desk person was slightly confusing, especially since you can't see the sitting/waiting area without having to turn a corner. Definitely recommend to give them a try!
