I worked here for about 15 months, and I liked helping people, but the management really doesn't seem to care about people. I think half of the rules are stupid as hell, and it's not designed for success. This place could be great, but it's a revolving door. I saw a lot of staff and client relationships that were way of of line, and very concerning and I think if you're looking for a good treatment facility this is not it. ARCH Residential helped my son learn valuable new skills and tools to give him and our family hope for a future without pains of addiction. His counselor Carolyn guided him through very difficult changes in thinking. Our family is forever grateful. They also assisted us will building a post-care treatment plan and program to support him along his journey, since release. My son is now helping the rest of us with the habits and exercises he learned.

My 15 year old was at Arch for 119 days and Kenny was his therapist. Kenny handled our difficult family dynamics like a pro and was available to all of us during family therapy and challenged the box quite often with our family dynamics to give our kid the best treatment experience possible. My kid says that he was comfortable in therapy with Kenny, and there were times were Kenny anticipated his therapy needs before he even knew. All in all, amazing experience with Arch.
