I wish all people could get the benefit of completing your program. You have cast vulnerable people into the streets to die of their addiction. I think the arch of Sioux Falls needs to consider a staff and management change. Just my take after witnessing 2 evictions from your worthy program. So disappointed. We need a program like this in our community that works for everyone!

I worked here for about 15 months, and I liked helping people, but the management really doesn't seem to care about people. I think half of the rules are stupid as hell, and it's not designed for success. This place could be great, but it's a revolving door. I saw a lot of staff and client relationships that were way of of line, and very concerning and I think if you're looking for a good treatment facility this is not it. ARCH Residential helped my son learn valuable new skills and tools to give him and our family hope for a future without pains of addiction. His counselor Carolyn guided him through very difficult changes in thinking. Our family is forever grateful. They also assisted us will building a post-care treatment plan and program to support him along his journey, since release. My son is now helping the rest of us with the habits and exercises he learned.
