The overall process was a nightmare... too many changes (within the company) and inconsistencies in all communications. We were left in the dark towards the end; and our Realtor had to also play Lender, in order for us to get our numbers corrected and finalized for Closing.
Very helpful during the process until time to close and then communication began to slip or became more delayed. Hard to get ahold of them towards the end when needing information like closing cost amt which made it more stressful than it needed to be.
