Great place staff was great process went smooth everything was on time but overall a great place recommended.
Never got past the initial consultation. A note for this office and their staff. If you are going to point out every flaw in a teenagers smile and/or facial structure, maybe ask them to leave the room. Teenagers are impressionable. I went to 2 other consultations for opinions (as I was asked to do by her regular dentist) and none of them did what your Doc did. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. I I was a patient for orleans, Massachusetts, one of the worst offices for “arch orthodontist” in my opinion, I have holes left in my teeth from little procedures, they never told me what go on, they were always running late, they needed better communication between the doctor and the patient versus what the nurse says and the patient, they had so many people working for them versus one Doctor Who came around and saw all of the patients they need to do better on that.
