I had high hopes based on the reviews, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. My first appointment with Dina for lip blushing went well. She was pleasant, professional, and completed the initial session. We booked my touch-up appointment for six weeks later. During the six-week healing period, I understand the colour is expected to fade, but in my case there was virtually no colour deposited in my lips at all. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Dina is so knowledgeable and really listens to what you need and what your concerns are. I kept saying "please don't make me look surprised!!" lol. She was able to calm my nerves, explain what she was going to do and how it would look until I was comfortable. Zero pressure. It was the BEST thing I have done for myself in forever. Highly recommend
Dina did Combo brows today and they look fantastic! She is very knowledgeable, explains everything and listens to what you want. Very relaxing atmosphere and she is fun and easy to talk to. Shop is very bright and clean. I was overall very impressed! Thnx Dina😊

This lady is so rude she ran into me at Pizza Hut in stony plain with her stack of pizza boxes and literally pushed me as she was trying to fit through the door. She never apologized but instead blamed it on me while other customers were standing there. Great customer services skills being so rude and immature. I would never support this business nor say anything good about how this person treats others…such a disgrace
