We had the unfortunate dealings with one of this company’s underwriters one Andrew Mapes based out of phoenix az. He called for service from a local family owned Arizona company and then refused to pay his bill. To make matters worse, he went and made a bunch of false one star reviews to further hurt the company he took advantage of. I believe when buying some thing like insurance you have faith the employees of that company have integrity, unfortunately Andrew Mapes does not!
Lost my email, made it extra hard to send insurance check to the body shop
Hit by a semi and they are a big company with alot of small companies under there umbrella.
