You can improve my following up on complaints from your patients and family members, by investigating the Ramona arch Health medical starting with Dr. Blando. She unprofessional and rude. Doesn't even bother to read patients records. The whole entire staff there are unbelievable rude and discriminating towards Latinos. No one should have to wait 2 hours to see any Doctor, As she sit in her office on her butt.
Dr millers nurse is not very friendly
have been trying to get a perscription refilled for three days and Dr. Blando's office (Arch) has been sitting on the ok. I have called them three different times in the last three days and they say that they have taken care if it, I then call CVS and they tell me that the ok has not been received. They cannot refill until they get the ok. I am so tired of the lack of care from this Doctor' s office. Is it the staff or the Doc?
Nice people, but not as good as they used to be. I have asked them to get my name right and delete my home phone two years ago and still comes to me with wrong info.
Well i go to arch health but i go to the offices in Poway. They have always been great and have worked me in on short notice. Also have gone to urgent care in Poway and they have always helped us. Happy with the Dr. and scheduling personnel there.
Once again, it's nearly impossible to get an appointment when needed. I emailed 2 weeks ago to get an appointment for this week, and they came back with a December 15th appointment time. This is ridiculous. I am so disappointed in this practice. Seems that more are turning to urgent care for their needs because they can't get in to see their PC.
I worked here as an LVN for 5 months. It was a pleasure to go to work each day. Working with talented providers like Laura Truman, NP, Scott Flinn, MD, and Steve Holm, PA, made coming to work a joy. I miss you guys, you all do an amazing job.
