Horrible, horrible service! Too bad you can't rate with zero stars. Their computer system meltdown that happened months ago is just an excuse for terrible customer service. If you call they say you won't get a call back for 5-7 business days. I called last week and still nothing! Of course you can alway drop by the office to talk to the guy sitting at the table who hands a note to a nurse in the back. Which I have done. Called to notify my Dr of 25+ years that I tested positive for Covid. Just wanted to leave a message to see if there was anything I should or could do to lessen the symptoms. I was told by the lady who answered the phone “ ok I’ll leave a message and they MIGHT CALL YOU BACK”. I explained I just would like a touch base with a nurse since I’m older. was waiting for this appointment for a week, had it at 4:30 pm. When i came in, they told me my appoitment was at 4pm and I'm late. Day before they called me to confirm my 4:30 visit, and then it's my fault ??? It was very important for me, needed some paper sighed by my doctor. Staff need to learn how to deal with the pations. Very unprofessional
