I have had nothing but problems with this group. I first was treated extremely poorly by one of the nurses when trying to get my authorization for my OBGYN extended and instead of giving me the correct information from the start, she told me to call back later and kept interrupting me every time I would start to ask another question. Then when I was approved, I was never notified so I called to check again and she once again interrupted me every time I tried to speak. Forever grateful for the great and excellent experience at Arch Health Medical Group on Carmel Mountain Rd, with my new Dr. Camille Santos, Nurse Natalie, and Diana, such excellent and professional teamwork and great help, even the ladies at the front desk, and always such a great help. I called to schedule my flu vaccine. No one answering phone call. One time waiting 10 min and on other time 13 min. I gave up and got my flu vaccine at cvs.

If you want a doctor who will be upset at you for swearing in pain look no further. More concerned about his delicate baby ears than his patients health
