I went in last month for my usual brow lamination with waxing. The girl who helped me only did the waxing at first and said she was done. I told her I had booked a lamination too, so she went ahead and did it after. During the wax, she accidentally got some on my eyelashes and had to rub it off. Took her a while to get the wax off my eyelashes. After that, the lamination didn’t turn out well at all. I’m usually happy with my visits, but this time was really disappointing.
I’m never one to leave reviews unless I’m asked to after a good service but I’m honestly so disappointed in what i received 😭 I don’t remember the girl who did my brows but I’m assuming she was newer because she asked two other brow artist to look at my brows before finishing I asked for a tint and wax I told her I liked to have an arch and was ok with a bold brow, please explain what the heck I got here.
