Finally getting around to writing this review. A few years ago before my wedding, I was seeing another esthetician and my eyebrows and lash lift were completely over processed and ruined. It was 4 days before my wedding and a holiday weekend and I was calling around town trying to find someone to help. Not even being a client of Arch or Nicole, she felt so bad about my situation, she came in on a day they are closed to help me. Went to Sierra Nut House to get a few items. Always good!!!!
I’ve gone here a few times for a brow lamination over the years and normally I really like the results. However, this last time the technician I had did not properly wipe off the extra treatment lotion above my brows while they were processing which caused a chemical burn above my eyebrows. My skin above my eyebrows is still red and peeling days later. I hate leaving bad reviews but i just don’t want this to happen to someone else.
