R. Arch Gordon was absolutely incredible with my cat of 18 years. She was going downhill fast. His staff was also amazing! For such a devastating experience, I felt so comforted and the attention to detail was over the top, impressive. I now have a dog, and Dr. Gordon is always wonderful with her! The office is a family, and I appreciate each and every one of them!!

Dr. Gordon and his staff were very helpful in getting an appointment quickly and resolved my dog's medical situation the same day. Nice office and very attentive staff. Dr. Gordon took the time to explain all the issues with my dog and even followed up over the weekend to check on his progress. Will definietly recommend him!

Mr. Gordon was not polite at all. He lost he temper with my dog, and told ME to control his ass! Very unprofessional to say the least.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I didn’t appreciate that they rushed through my pet’s appointment, and didn’t do a very thorough job. I was nervous that they would make a mistake because they were rushing. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad.
