By far the most disappointing company I've worked with. After emailing repeatedly for the bill to be fixed from spelling errors (I wanted my last name and attic spelled properly) I was ignored... for months. I repeatedly emailed, other people called/texted as well. Finally 8/9 months later I wrote again and they told me it was too late (based on some NYS code or something) and that they'd have to come back to inspect again and charge me again. These guys did a mold assessment for my ex wife that I am still friends with and they inflated the price through the ROOF! I brought in a couple of other assessors and their prices were a lot more reasonable. I am not sure of the reason but I wouldn't trust these guys.
I have worked with this company several times, and they are always very thorough in their approach, and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services for residential or commercial needs.
Will Archino is an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled home inspector and mold inspector who provides quick and thorough inspection reports. He is also very accessible for any questions or advice if needed. I can't recommend him highly enough.
