When I was younger, I had some serious trauma with a dentist. Since then, I developed a phobia and severe anxiety of even walking into a dentist's office, to the point that it has been well over a decade since I have had regular cleanings. I also struggle with severe gag reflex. I have struggled for years finding a dentist who is both thorough and compassionate. I was very satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The dentist took the time to explain every step of the treatment and answered all of my questions, which made me feel very comfortable. The office was very clean and well organized, and the service was excellent. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this dental office to my family and friends. Thank you for the outstanding care and excellent work!
Dr Suni was amazing at first however the women in the office name Laura was very rude and inaccurate when it came down to providing me with the actual cost of service. We talked for 20-30 mins the day prior to scheduling my appointment which was the next day! She explained to me that my insurance would cover the extractions. The next morning of my scheduled appointment she called me to tell me about additional cost that wasn’t told to me before making the appointment the following day! This was my first time here for a cleaning. I had a super nice hygienist named Suzy. She was very thorough and gentle while working on my teeth. I also was seen right at my appointment time. I met Dr. Sonu afterwards and she was very personable and did not make me feel rushed. She answered my questions and made me feel welcomed to her practice.
Today was my first visit. Everyone in the office was very kind and welcoming. Brittany did an amazing job and it was a pleasure to meet Dr. Sonu!
