Changed my appointment without my consent or knowledge, didn't find out until arriving after a 2 hour commute. Upon inquiring as to why my appointment was changed without my confirmation, I was told that someone had reached out to me the previous afternoon, was unable to speak to me, and proceeded to change the scheduled time anyways
My experience at arch dental on my second visit
This is the most amazing dentist place I ever had. Everyone here treated me like I was their friend. I felt like a vip for the first time in my life at a dentist . All the doctors and staff is so kind and thoughtful it felt like I'm in a dream. This place is so big with beautiful views and vibes. I would recommend Arch Dental to everyone.
