I HAD TO TAKE HIM TO THE REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS AND HE LOST ON ALL COUNTS, HE WAS FINED AND HIS LICENSE WAS SUSPENDED.HE WAS FOUND TO BE NOT DILIGENT TO PERFORM WORK AND COMPLETE TASKS IN VIOLATION OF A.A.C.
