Karen was a great realtor for us. We had an unusual situation-- we were selling a house in Kirkwood, but we live 1200 miles away in Florida. Everything we did with Karen was done remotely and communication was key. She was very thorough, prompt, and informative. She investigated every possible way to get the house sold and was very creative and resourceful. She has a great personality-- warm and empathetic while also thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. Definitely a great realtor- so glad we found her.
Karen was an outstanding agent and helped to find me the perfect home! She spent a lot of one on one quality time with me helping to give me an idea of what I could afford in different areas of the city. When I found the place I fell in love with, she gave solid advice on negotiating the offer to the inspection and finally the close. I owe all my happiness with my home to her. I highly recommend!
My first experience with Karen was the selling of my home in Affton 63123. I was so happy with her performance and service that I recently used her for the purchase of a condo in Maryland Heights 63146. As long as Karen is in the real estate business, I consider her to be my real estate agent. She does so much more than just help you buy/sell property. I would recommend Karen to anyone. She's the best!
Karen Goodman did an absolutely phenomenal job of selling my St. Louis condo. I had purchased it just before the housing crash last decade, hadn't put much of any work into maintaining it, and thought there was no way I could so much as break even.
