Very disappointing experience. I was quoted $65 for a Brazilian wax, then told it would be an extra $35 for the back, which I understood should have been included. I paid the full amount, but once I got home, I noticed they had left a lot of hair. The service felt rushed and unprofessional, and the technician did not seem properly trained. I would not recommend this location.
Rasha was amazing! She did exactly what I asked for and left my brows beautiful while I wait for them to grow out from someone else’s mistake! Highly recommend her!’

I have been coming to Arch 2 Arch since I was 15, about 10 years! Always amazing service, and amazing techs. I’ve ventured off a few times due to the drive but I always come back. My eyebrows always come out to perfection!
