Dr Arce is nice yet her service and mood change. She can be sweet and concerning one visit then another she is rude and malicious barely stepping into the room and yelling out your medication to the entire office. The staff here is horrible at customer service. Dr Arce's medical assistant always seem to be changing. My last visit, the new medical assistant KAT. Dr Arce is acurate, detailed, honest and life-saving doctor.
Very disappointed in how she cared for my daughter. She insisted my daughter had to be pregnant because of her nausea, my daughter told her she was a virgin and definitely not pregnant. The doctor ordered a Pregnancy test anyway and on our next visit to go over the lab results she says "Oh, I'm surprised, your pregnancy test came back negative." Then she just gives her a prescription for antinausea medication without trying to find out what is causing this. I took her straight to my Naturopathic doctor immediately following ... read more
Absolute worse experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. I waited an hour before the receptionist told me she forgot to verify my insurance and the office had gone to lunch. She asked me to wait another hour! She seemed to care less and wasted my time.
