Sad to report but I would not recommend Arce Electric. I reached out for help and spoke to a Mr. Lugo asking for his services. He said he would look into and never called back. Called his office line and spoke to the young lady and asked the Mr. Lugo please call me back, even if he can't help. Never heard back from anyone. I was not asking for handout but someone to handle my issue. That being said, I'd look elsewhere. Very professional, timely, and active communication throughout the process of the visit. Not only helped resolved the issue, but recommended additional steps to be taken to improve the overall electric efficiency in my apartment. Highly recommend!
Lugo was awesome! My roommate and I had no electricity in our bedrooms so it was an emergency situation. He put in the extra effort to go out of his way and show up after hours, from what seemed like a long day for him. Lugo was super energetic and ready to diagnosis and fix the problem immediately. It took him no longer than two minutes to discover the cause of the issue, and 10 minutes to fix it. He also took the time to explain to me the wattage problem. Lugo was timely, communicative and professional. He helped me with three different electrical projects, showing knowledge in wiring, landscape lightening and panel upgrades. Highly recommend.
