One star is generous after this business owner did not deliver my mom’s birthday flowers on time. I’m hundreds of miles away and my mom loves flowers so I thought surprising her at work would be the perfect gift. I love supporting local so I looked up florists in the area, I was impressed by the bouquets and it was just a few minutes from my moms work so I placed the order 2-3 days before her birthday on Friday May 15th. Honestly I rarely ever post a negative review, especially of a small business, but I was so EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in my service from Arcata Florist that I wanted to share to hopefully warn people to try another florist option. Terribly unorganized. I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary to surprise her. I wanted them to deliver them to her work in Arcata. They never got delivered and when I called she said she would deliver them to our house in Eureka. They were just now delivered at 8:30 PM. Super disappointed and wont be wasting my money here again.
