Terribly unorganized. I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary to surprise her. I wanted them to deliver them to her work in Arcata. They never got delivered and when I called she said she would deliver them to our house in Eureka. They were just now delivered at 8:30 PM. Super disappointed and wont be wasting my money here again.
