I strongly considered whether or not I should post this but after my horrible experience today someone needs to say something. I had a terrible experience here. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed cold, detached, and in a hurry to move patients through as quickly as possible. I came in with a list of health questions and concerns I wanted to address, but the appointment was so rushed I didn’t even feel comfortable speaking up. Very attentive for me and my teen son!!
Dr. Loy has always been compassionate and willing to listen to me. He educates with humbleness and has a gift of breaking things down and explaining the "why" in an easy to understand way that makes sense.
