Don’t waste your time and health, this guy literally comes in with a timer on his clip board, when time is up your done regardless. I told them I was having heart palpitations and no one even listened to my heart. Not to worry not all arcare are the same , just don’t use the university location.
This is one of the friendliest ARCare locations I’ve ever visited! The care I received was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. A special thank you to Ms. Cantessia at the front desk (I hope I spelled your name correctly!) for the warm welcome and great conversation, and to Ms. Mary, whose kind and friendly personality made my visit even better. There's clearly a reason this clinic has a 2.3 rating. I've had a few bad experiences here but after today's appointment decided to make a review. I arrived at my 945 appointment a little after 930 because they ALWAYS move at a glacial pace. I was checked in, while waiting another patient came in, sat for a second and was called back immediately. I strongly considered whether or not I should post this but after my horrible experience today someone needs to say something. I had a terrible experience here. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed cold, detached, and in a hurry to move patients through as quickly as possible. I came in with a list of health questions and concerns I wanted to address, but the appointment was so rushed I didn’t even feel comfortable speaking up.
