Had my first visit recently and I just have to say the care was phenomenal! Their new NP Brittany Devenney listened to all of my history and it felt like I was being listened to and like we could get somewhere with my health. I would recommend her to anyone! They also have a new front desk girl who is so friendly and welcoming!
Suzanne is the best thing to happen at this facility. She is professional and really cares about her clients and patients. Please employ more people like her. She is awesome. Love love love .
This seems to be a great company with great values but still needs to weed through the staff at this Texarkana location. I’m not one to typically write bad reviews on any company but customer service lacks whether they know you or not. This is a small city where everyone seems to know everyone and their personal business. Other than that service has been well and I wish the CEO Steven F. Collier, MD, FACS all the best in taking this company to higher heights! Thank you for the opportunity to be seen.
They were very thorough in asking past medical history and transitioning to new doctors.
