When they sent my kids prescription, to a pharmacy I’ve never once used, that’s not on their chart, nor have I mentioned, when I called to explain I have not used this pharmacy and I need to know the address to cancel it. The receptionist treated me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about , even though I had spent more than one hour trying to fix their mistake and trying to only get my kid medication. I called to ask a question about needing a referral or not, and the girl who answered sighed multiple times like my question was an inconvenience. Her name was Eileen and I hope the management is aware how rude she was. She was not helpful at all.

We have loved our experiences here! My kids and I have been treated with kindness and respect every visit. The nurses are very sweet and work with children in a wonderful manner. We have visited with a few doctors over the years and they are very kind, polite and answer every question I have. Thank y’all for everything y’all do!
