She is the ABSOLUTE BESTEST!!! Jenny has become more than a professional medical nurse to me she’s more than an APRN she’s that plus a friend!!! She actually cares about your health as much if not a little more than you do! She’s always went above and beyond when I have a concern!!! She is the best & I hope she doesn’t leave here!!!
This place is absolutely worthless. I decided to give them a second chance after a few years only to receive a $200 bill when the test they ran didn’t work and took them 2 weeks to even inform me of such. If you need medical attention go to ANYWHERE else in Maumelle but this place.
The doctor is nice, but if you wanna deal with disrespectful office people, by all means, go there. The staff’s attitude is terrible and really takes away from the good care the doctor gives.
Jenny Elrod rocks, the lady at the front desk however needs to really check her attitude. You have no idea what people are going through and you definitely made me reconsider coming back to arcare.
