Caring and nine
Horrible staff.....so rude. Made an appointment with my doctor. They called 30 minutes before my appointment and tried to reschedule because he was in another location that day. I had to see someone as my prescriptions ran out and they refused to fill them without an appointment. The Nurse Practitioner was horrible. She was rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. I will not see her again. The nurse was also apparently having a bad day as she was rude too. I tried my hardest to make her laugh and to lighten the mood ... read more
Definite turn around from the last time I was here...Dr Wendy is great!!
I've been coming to arcare for years I followed John from Hazen to Lonoke alot of people talk really bad about this place but the only complaint I have is with the front desk sometimes not all the time just sometimes. Wendy is sweet and caring and really tries go help you . John is friendly and honest I think many may take his honesty for rudeness but he really is a great guy ! We all have our opinions on people and places but I've never had a problem with these 2 providers only the front desk at times .
Do not come to this place if you are trying to get a physical for a 703 form. The APN John refused to fill out my brothers form now he’s at stake of losing his weaver services. It’s taken them a month to get anything done I called the corporate office to get a resolution I left a voicemail and have not heard back. Please go somewhere else.
