Unprofessional when speaking with people at check in
I live almost 4hrs away!!!!! I called to cancel my appointment bc I was sick ( I am on oxygen so I can breath) and wouldn't make the appointment. No one never told me that I wouldn't get my medicine refilled. I called to get it refilled 3 days later I went to the pharmacy to find out I was told that no one has sent back a refill for your medicine. I call AR CARE in get told WELL it's BC you called and cancel your appointment plus you sign this Peice of Paper stating you would come back every 3 Months I really in truling thin... read more
I’m so annoyed by this place! You can never get anyone on the phone! My daughter never gets her paperwork completed in a timely manner. She needs paperwork completed before the January 1st 2025 or she can return to the day program at Easterseals
