No one answers the phone at the front desk. I always end up waiting 3 minutes then it automatically hangs up on me. Bad for business in my opinion

Went in today and had to fill out/update yearly paperwork. Preferred Pharmacy - Kroger Jacksonville Where were my scripts sent - Kroger Cabot Why even make people update their info??
