If I could leave negative stars I would. Takes an act of congress to get anything done with this place. Takes forever to get a referral and no prescriptions are called in to the pharmacy. After finally getting a referral, they won't send over any test results to the specialist. When you call and ask them to send it over, the receptionist is rude and acts like you disturbed her cuz she's gonna have to do some work. Negative 4. They have one of the most miserable receptionists, I have ever encountered, bar none. Absolutely unreal. And she coughed the whole time. I literally canceled visit during because it felt like I was in a college sketch. No one seemed to care about anything. The “doctor” I was seeing looked like she was in college and was about as pleasant as her roommate. It was like a mean sorority in college has a clinic. After trying for three days. Very short wait. Nice people. They don't rush you thru the appointment, allow time for you to ask questions.
I have never had such a horrible time with getting anything done for my kids. This place is the biggest joke I've ever seen. They make appointments without telling you and won't call in referrals or medications when they say they will.
Nikki Williams was excellent! She has a wonderful, respectful and cheerful manner about her that makes you feel like she is really listening to you and really cares like one should hope for in all medical/ healthcare professionals. She took the time to go over my complete medical history and asked very relevant and surprising questions that helped me feel heard and hopeful for my future care from her.
