The receptionist and front desk are the worst very rude not helpful at all. Very condescending to patients if i could guve negative stars I would. Awful experience
Nice staff. However, the music inside their building (not including the waiting room) is WAY too loud. This isn't a concert hall or a pub. I'd like to go to a medical building that doesn't blare music so loud to where I can't even think. It's very distracting and unprofessional. Also when I got a basic check up, I was never informed about my visit, I had to ask what the results of my basic check up was while it was happening. They should be able to communicate that information as they go. I might switch medical buildings
If I could leave negative stars I would. Takes an act of congress to get anything done with this place. Takes forever to get a referral and no prescriptions are called in to the pharmacy. After finally getting a referral, they won't send over any test results to the specialist. When you call and ask them to send it over, the receptionist is rude and acts like you disturbed her cuz she's gonna have to do some work. Negative 4. They have one of the most miserable receptionists, I have ever encountered, bar none. Absolutely unreal. And she coughed the whole time. I literally canceled visit during because it felt like I was in a college sketch. No one seemed to care about anything. Very short wait. Nice people. They don't rush you thru the appointment, allow time for you to ask questions.
