When someone calls and schedule an appointment with a certain provider, that’s who they should be able to see. No, your receptionist should not be making decisions for your paying patients without discussing it with them first. Your patients are the reason your provider is employed. If someone ask to be seen by a certain provider because they specialize in what they need, then that’s who they need to see, and not who you feel like they should see. Called there regarding an ESA letter and staffing person wasn't sure if they wrote them and she would have a nurse call me back regarding that and no one ever did, I called back 3 days later and staffing told me there was no notes about calling me back in their system and that they don't write ESA letters, but I know that other AR care clinics do write them.
The receptionist and front desk are the worst very rude not helpful at all. Very condescending to patients if i could guve negative stars I would. Awful experience
Nice staff. However, the music inside their building (not including the waiting room) is WAY too loud. This isn't a concert hall or a pub. I'd like to go to a medical building that doesn't blare music so loud to where I can't even think. It's very distracting and unprofessional. Also when I got a basic check up, I was never informed about my visit, I had to ask what the results of my basic check up was while it was happening. They should be able to communicate that information as they go. I might switch medical buildings
If I could leave negative stars I would. Takes an act of congress to get anything done with this place. Takes forever to get a referral and no prescriptions are called in to the pharmacy. After finally getting a referral, they won't send over any test results to the specialist. When you call and ask them to send it over, the receptionist is rude and acts like you disturbed her cuz she's gonna have to do some work.
